I can’t fault them; great service, friendly, professional and excellent communication during the claim process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Tom - I can thank Sam and the team enough for the repairs they did on our vehicle. We had just picked up our brand new car when a kangaroo decided to jump out as we were travelling along. From the moment they picked up the vehicle, they kept in constant contact with us through the whole process. There were set backs along the way with the manufacturer not being able to supply parts quickly, but through it all, we were kept up to date and there is no doubt that they were pursuing every possible option to get the parts quicker. We now have the car back and after having our first 1,000km check by a dealership, they were surprised that the car just had significant repairs. The workmanship was perfect and it looked like it had just rolled off the production line. If I am ever needing body work done on my car again, I won't even think twice about sending it back to Sam and the team. Great team, great work and great service. 10/10 would recommend.
