Damage Capture 🛠️
We have completed a comprehesive damage capture process!
Images have been strategically taken of your vehicle to ensure we encaptulate as much of the repair as possible.
We have accessed manufacturers repair methods & documents to assist in the correct repair opperations.
We have accessed manufacturers parts catalogs to provide us with a greater knowledge on the parts required for the repair on your vehicle.
Quotation Process 💻
Using the collected data, we prepared an estimate for yourself & your insurer.
This estimate process consists of,
R&R process, We detail EVERY part of the removeal and refit procedures on your vehicle. This process over the years has grown and grown with newer model vehicles costantly evolving and invating to include newer technologies (fun fact, a VR commodore front bumper bar consisted of 4 parts! A 2022 Kia Sportage has 51 parts JUST in the front bumper!).
Repair process, everything that isnt replaced from the accident requires repair. Our Qualified & very skilled tradesman use the OEM procedures and their VAST knowledge and training to ensure a quality repair process. We idividually itimise everything the workshop needs to repair on your vehicle including listing all the tools and equipment applicable to the repairs.
Prime & Paint process, Any new &/or repaired part now goes into refinishing. Preparation for refinishing is an intricate opperation that our Qualified & very skilled technicians take GREAT pride in. Again we list everything from new parts & repaired parts that require refinishing.
Parts List, We carry out a complex breakdown of all the parts we estimate will be required for your vehicle. We then send this to a variety of parts suppliers, from the manufacturers suppliers for Genuine parts to secondhand parts suppliers. Using secondhand suppliers ensure that if manufacturers cannot supply parts i.e they’re on backorder
Sublets, We employ Qualified Technicians to cover Crash Repairs, Mechancial & Detailing. There are a vast amount of different trades and skills that the automotive trade has to keep everyones cars on the road, we often need to organise these trades to come and assist repairs i.e Autoglass, Auto Electrical, Trimming, Signwriting & Many more! We have great suppliers that we arrange their expertise at time of quote.
Assessment / Approval 📋
Once our quotation was complete, we sent this off for approveal from either yourself or the insurer.
If insurance, we have liased with the insurance company representative in relation to your repair estimate and agreed to carry out repairs 👍
Booked Repairs & Arranged Parts, Sublets & Materials 📲
We arraged with manufacturers parts suppliers and our materials suppliers to have everything purchased and here & our sublets booked in before your car arrives! This ensures a streamlined process that eliminates you having to wait longer than neccassary before getting your car back! HOWEVER, please note that sometimes parts can be backordered & the supply date we have been given may even be scheduled to us whilst the car is in for repair, not requiring us to alarm you of this.
These dates can sometimes be moved if the backordered part doesn’t, in which case we will inform you then 👍
DROP OFF DAY
We require the car as early as possible the day its booked in! We book everything for an 8am start with the workshop, however you are more than welcome to drop your vehicle off the night before 👍
Supplementary Assessment
Next up 👀 we carry out the repair process following the quotation process 😁 with a little more detail 😉
Whilst we remove all the neccassary & damaged parts from the vehicle, we document all the supplementary parts & repair process’s.
As great as our initial damage capture process is, these days its almost impossible to capture 100% of every aspect of the entire repair without a supplementary assessment.
This process is carried out whilst we strip down your vehicle and addressed ASAP so we can arrange the extra parts required or extra damages to be repaired
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU! Once we are aware of any delays to your vehicle! As you now understand these changes to return dates are out of our hands.
Rest assured we want your vehicle back to you as SOON as possible however, we will not take ANY shortcuts.

If extra parts are required, we keep moving forward with repairs & painting, that way when parts arrive we are ready to install them ASAP
What if extra parts arent required? 🕺
If our intial damage capture has captured 100% of the damage and parts required for the repairs, we do a little dance to celebrate then carry on with repairs 😁
Can I have other work carried out whilst my cars in for repair?
